WOMEN AND WINE: EXPLORING CAMPANIA
The Romans called Campania "The Happy Countryside" and with good reason. Campania is well known for its picturesque coastline, its vibrant culture, and its rustic and simple cuisine. But for wine lovers Campania means one thing: volcanic soils. Mount Vesuvius looms large in Campania’s history and folklore, and this active volcano has produced some of the most complex and cellar-worthy wines you will ever taste.
Join Bar Centrale Sommelier June Yates in an exploration of this celebrated region with an inspired menu by Chef Jon Ward that will showcase the elegance and beauty of Campania’s historic wines.
