Risotto Ai Funghi Porcini
From the kitchen of Terroni Executive Chef Daniel Mezzolo, we bring you his latest creation: Risotto with Funghi Porcini in a jar. In only 10 minutes you can savour a Terroni quality dish right at home. Simple, yet delicious.
Pour 4 measures of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with salt and add 1 measure of Acquarello rice. Cook for 10-11 minutes, turn off the heat, add a drizzle of EVOO and parmigiano, mix, wait 3/5 minutes and serve.
