Filotea has been specializing in the making of pasta for generations with the simple objective of reproducing genuine pasta as made by grandmothers. 

All of their delicious products are made artisanally from a selection of the finest flours, durum wheat semolina and freshest eggs. To deliver the quality and taste of a freshly made pasta in a packaged product, they dry it over low temperatures and an extended periods of time. The result is an incredibly light and easy to digest tastiness with a textured surface perfect for absorbing your favorite sauce.

Tagliatelle are traditionally from the regions of Emilia-Romagna and Le Marche. This type of pasta is usually flat and less than 1 mm in thickness. It pairs well with meat sauces or fish.
