Due Vittorie balsamic vinegar is made near Modena, Italy, the birthplace of balsamic. This balsamic is full bodied and sweet with a perfect degree of acidity and a black cherry after taste. Many of us have enjoyed this particular balsamic on our trips to Italy, but because we were never able to find it locally, we decided to find the producer and import it ourselves to enjoy.
Aceto Di Mele Due Vittorie, Apple Cider (250ml): This apple cider vinegar is obtained by the traditional method of production of balsamic vinegar: through the slow fermentation of the best apple juice.
This method allows to obtain a full-bodied product characterized by a strong apple scent. The texture is velvety and enveloping the palate, vinegar has a pungent and fresh taste that does not cover but it counterbalances to a nice sugary aftertaste. Therefore it turns out to be a very versatile condiment that goes well with many different types of food. If used in cooking, it personalizes the dish without covering it, releasing its characteristic flavours and aromas. Used natural on salads or green tasty boiled vegetables it enhances the taste by giving a special touch to these simple dishes.
A mix of red grapes, giving a full-rounded flavour, and the more acidic white grapes. Its delicate freshness is enhanced by an unexpected structure, colour and flavour. Characterized by a lower acidity (6.1%) than other special wine vinegars, Due Vittorie Rosé is definitely the most offbeat of the wine vinegars. Its unique colour and taste create a completely new perception.
