This is the very first label the winery made. Straw-yellow with notes of stone fruit on the nose following through to citrus and meadow flowers on the palate. Fresh, crisp and elegant in an effortless way; this is an exceptionally beautiful representation of the area.

Varietals: 100% Cortese

Vinification/Ageing: Grapes harvested by hand in the second half of September. Soft pressing of the whole cluster. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 degrees. Resting on the noble lees for at least 5 months. the malolactic fermentation followed by a 18 months ageing.

Alcohol: 13%
