Amber yellow with a broad to the nose of citrus fruits, apricot and mineral hints that come from the muddy limestone soil. Full bodied with a tactile tannic element; a sincere and elegant expression of Albana di Romagna.

Varietals: 100% Albana (organic)    

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in traditional concrete vats of 10 hectolitres, without maceration of the grape skins. No yeasts, sulphur dioxide or other substances are added. 12 months ageing on the lees in concrete. No fining, no filtration

Alcohol: 13.5%
