Join ICCO Canada and Cavinona, Terroni's exclusive wine agency, for the fifth of our Masterclass series dedicated to Great Italian Wines and Indigenous Grape Varieties.

This month we will be traveling to Sicily’s Mount Etna, Europe’s largest active volcano to explore the world of volcanic wines. We are honoured to have award-winning producers Ciro and Stephanie Biondi, owners of Azienda Agricola Biondi and Alberto Graci, owner of Azienda Agricola Graci who will join us LIVE from their Etna estate for this special event.

Today Etna is considered one of the best wine-producing areas in Italy. Learn more about the fascinating Etna DOC appellation and two of the most important grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna: Carricante and Nerello Mascalese.

You are invited to wine taste along with the actual producers by purchasing this exclusive wine selection:
2018 Outis Etna Bianco DOC by Azienda Agricola Biondi
2018 Etna Rosso DOC by Azienda Agricola Graci

Join sommelier Sandra Colosimo and special guests, Ciro and Stephanie Biondi and Alberto Graci. Do not miss this exclusive opportunity to sip and chat directly with the acclaimed winemakers.

An appetizer plate of Italian specialty items is also available for purchase to complete the experience.

Understanding Indigenous Grape Varieties is part of the True Italian Taste project, which is organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario Canada, promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. The event is in collaboration with Cavinona wine agency and Terroni.
