If you are interested in learning the art of pasta fatta in casa (homemade pasta) then our monthly "Fatto a Mano" series hosted at Sud Forno Queen is the event for you! Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi will guide you in the journey to master the techniques of homemade pasta. From egg pasta typical of Emilia Romagna like tagliatelle, ravioli or tortellini to orecchiette and cavatelli from the south, get your hands dirty and learn in a fun and interactive atmosphere. 

On Sunday, March 8th, the world will be celebrating International Women's Day! It is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women all over the world. We will be celebrating this special day with our very own dedicated Fatto a Mano class on Tuesday, March 10th with Sud Forno’s Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi teaching you how to make stuffed ravioli and how to design mint leaf patterns on your pasta. This special class will end on a sweet note as we have a slice of "Torta Mimosa", a sponge cake with pastry cream that resembles the mimosa flower and is the quintessential cake to have for Festa della Donna in Italy. The cake will be accompanied by a delicious glass of bubbly Malvasia. As always, we’ll have complimentary Sud Forno aperitivo snacks and a glass of prosecco waiting for you.
