If you are interested in learning the art of pasta fatta in casa then our monthly "Fatto a Mano" series hosted at Sud Forno on Queen is the event for you. Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi will guide you in the journey to master the techniques of home-made pasta. From egg pasta typical of Emilia Romagna (tagliatelle, ravioli or tortellini) to orecchiette and cavatelli from the south, get your hands dirty and learn in a fun and interactive atmosphere. This month we will be teaching you the secrets to cappelletti, a delicious stuffed pasta originally from Emilia Romagna. All of this while snacking on delicious Sud Forno aperitivo food and sipping on Prosecco.
