According to Wikipedia there are over 350 pasta shapes world wide.  We intend to teach you every one of them through our amazing “Fatto a Mano" pasta-making classes.  Sud Forno's Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi will guide you through the perilous task of mastering the art of fresh pasta making. You’ll get your hands dirty, knead, roll, cut and fill ravioli following the most traditional Italian techniques. At our first ever "Fatto a Mano" class you will learn how to make traditional orecchiette the Italian way of course...while sipping on a glass of prosecco and snacking on tasty aperitivo food. Under our Executive Chef's expert guidance, you will be making homemade pasta like a pro in your own kitchen in no time!
