Dolcetto d’Alba Vigna Scot 2018, Cavallotto (PIEMONTE): 100% Dolcetto. Red and black plums, berries and spices emerge from the nose. On the palate, the wine has surprising depth and presence, with excellent ripe tannins and a bright, forceful finish highlighted with mineral notes. Ready to drink and ages well 8-10 years.
‘Istine’ Chianti Classico DOCG 2017, Istine (TOSCANA): 100% Sangiovese. Aromatic nose carries scents of balsamic and dried herbs with a note of ripe plum. Black raspberry, cherry, and white pepper on the palate with good structure and a mineral driven finish.
Malandrino Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC 2018, Cataldi Madonna (ABRUZZO): 100% Montepulciano (organic). Fresh and balanced Montepulciano; vinification and ageing in clay and stainless steel. The nose is vibrant with notes of ripe black cherry. The wine is lively and easy to drink while still retaining its complexity and flavour.
Primitivo IGT Salento 2017, Carvinea (PUGLIA): 100% Primitivo. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months followed by an additional 12 months refining in the bottle. Deep ruby red. Aromas of red fruit and jam with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate, it is opulent, fleshy and extremely soft.
‘Sylvaner’ Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 2019, Marco Donati (TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE): 100% Sylvaner. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow with delicate notes of rose and peach. The soft taste of almond lingers on the palate. Dry, fresh and sapid with balanced structure.
Preta Falanghina 2018, Capolino Perlingieri (CAMPANIA): 100% Falanghina. Pale yellow with green reflections. On the nose there are floral notes with Mediterranean maquis, white and green fruit. Round, balanced, with fresh acidity and persistent fruity taste.
Panettone Artigianale: Our Panettone Classico is handcrafted in-house by our team of bakers and is made with flours from a small mill in the Marche region of Italy. We use fresh free-range eggs, butter, vanilla beans and no preservatives at all! We make our panettone with mother yeast and allow each loaf to leaven over a period of 36 hours enabling all of its flavours to mature and bind slowly. The result is a sweet, fragrant Christmas offering.
