2017 Vigna Cavarchione Chianti Classico DOCG, Istine
Varietals: 100% Sangiovese, best selection of the vineyard, Organically certified.
Vinification/Ageing: 45 day maceration with malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. 12 months ageing in 20 hL or 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels and almost 1 year of bottle maturation before being released.
Average production: 3,000 bottles.

2019 Selvabianca Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, Il Colombaio di Santa Chiara.
Varietals: 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation at a controlled temperature in cement vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine is left on the lees until the beginning of March.
Description: Straw-coloured with green hues. A clear perfume with notes of white fruit, apple, lime, lily of the valley, and thyme lemon. On the palate it is intense, vibrating and fresh, with a decisive sapid flavour. The finish is long and persistent.

For questions about your delivery, please contact Spaccio directly at (416) 368-4248. You will receive same day delivery if you order before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will arrive next day. Deliveries can be tracked from the moment your order is being prepared up until you receive your order.
For deliveries outside the 20km radius, please contact Sandra Colosimo at email@example.com to arrange an alternative delivery.
