The Ravioli accessory is a home-made pasta accessory that is compatible with the Atlas 150 pasta machine. For your safety, you can only use it by hand.

Made for those who love creating new combinations of ingredients and impressing with tasty and incredibly good first course dishes.

Ravioli are stuffed, square-shaped pasta, 45 mm wide. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 6 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
