A great example of the winery's style and of mountain Pecorino. Aromas and flavours of white flowers, grapefruit, lime and fresh herbs. Clear, sharp acidity, very pleasant, with a long lemony finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Cold maceration of the majority of the grapes. The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel after fermentation until the wine is ready for bottling.
