We ship across Canada with UPS. Applicable shipping rates apply. UPS collects orders from Monday to Friday. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been picked up by UPS.

Local delivery is available with Trexity. Enter your postal code when you checkout to see if you are eligible for local delivery (40km radius from Spaccio at 22 Sackville Street). Deliveries arrive between 11am-8pm. Deliveries with Trexity can be tracked from the moment your order is being prepared up until you receive your order.

Store pickup is available for certain items. Choose your pickup date and time on the checkout page. Please note that items available for local delivery/pickup cannot be checked out with other items unless they are eligible for local delivery/pickup. Please make a separate order for items to be shipped.

Our universal e-gift card is available on our POS (point-of-sale) platform here.

Our return policy is on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not offer refunds on fresh food orders. Please email info@labottegaditerroni.com for questions about returns and exchanges.
