Deep ruby red, with aromas of violet, wild red berries, cherry, and blackberry. In the background, subtle aromas of red candied fruit and a slight herbal note. On the palate, medium-bodied, with present and balanced acidity; overall soft, with velvety tannins.

Vinification/Ageing: 10 to 15 days maceration on skins. Skin maceration, fermentation in Stainless-steel 150 hl capacity at temperatures of 25C to 28C. Aged in stainless steel. Bottled in early March.
