The Amaro Alpino Reserve draws on an ancient recipe from the founder, who intended to complement the traditional Amaro Alpino with a more structured product with a higher alcohol content. Thus was born Amarissimo, an amaro that owes its characteristic bold and intense flavour to the slow maceration of its 22 Alpine herbs and roots. Despite its significant alcohol content, it is characterized on the palate by a predominant presence of bitter notes and a persistent and elegantly balanced aroma. Surely suitable after a meal, but equally recommended for more intimate and meditative moments.
