Brillant, straw-yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of white blossom, lily of the valley, hawthorn and orchard fruit: yellow peach, kiwi and pear. A complex wine that offers mineral notes of wet rock, flint, and aromatic herbs in the background. Slightly creamy on the palate, it is savoury and crisp, along with great minerality, marked acidity and a long flavourful finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Alcohol fermentation without the skins using natural yeasts, in steel vats for 15 days at 15C-16 °C. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 15 months in contact with the fine sediments in steel vats. Only one membrane filtration before bottling. 12 months in the bottle before being released.
