Ruby red in colour, this 2020 Chianti Campale has bright aromas of ripe red fruit: raspberry, strawberry and cherry. There are also some peppery notes, with whiffs of eucalyptus and rosemary. Medium-bodied, fine tannins on the mid palate, an integrated and pleasant acidity, and minerality.
