• Originated in Naples, but has taken over the world in multiple iterations
• Takes 52 hours to make
• Personal size (feeds one)
• Thin and light
• Little bubbles on the crust
• Baked once at higher temperature for shorter time with all toppings on top
• We use Biga as our starter to augment the flavour of our pizza

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425F (216C)
2. Once the oven is preheated, remove all packaging and place the frozen pizza directly on the oven rack
3. Bake for 7-10 minutes, and be sure to check on your pizza, not all ovens are the same!
4. Take pizza out of oven, and if you'd like, drizzle with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil to finish.
