Frozen Croissants


Our Frozen Croissants are made with layered dough and butter, rolled and folded several times, then rolled into a thin sheet. We coat the croissants with egg and bake it at 375F. The result is a fluffy croissant that can be eaten with everything from Nutella to prosciutto and scrambled eggs. 


Place the frozen croissants on a tray with parchment paper. Keep in the oven over night for 8-10 hours.

Remove from oven and preheat it at 375F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
