A beautiful, medium coloured ruby-red. Aromas of rose petals, dry flowers, and red berries, along with notes of alpine herbs, tobacco and forest floor in the background. On the palate, this medium-bodied red has fine-grained tannins, great acidity, and plenty of minerality.

Varietals: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification/Ageing: The grapes are destemmed and gently mashed. Fermentation occurs in steel barrels, with 20 days of skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation occurs in steel as well. The wine rests in steel barrels for the first 8-9 months. No fining, coarse filtration prior to bottling. Spends 4 months in bottle before release.

Alcohol: 13%
