Straw-yellow with a greenish hue, this ‘ancestral method’ wine has some sediments and it is slightly fizzy. A fragrant bouquet with white and yellow flowers: hawthorn, chamomile and jasmine. Fruity aromas of white peach, citrus, and sage are present. Dry with a lively palate, an overall round mouthfeel and slightly saline. s. You can choose to shake the bottle and drink it cloudy to enhance the complexity of the fine lees or you can pour it slowly without shaking and discover its nuances glass by glass.
