Fatto a Mano is back with a special class for San Valentino!
Join us on Thursday, February 12th from 6PM for an evening making handmade pasta with Chef Giovanna Alonzi, or gift the experience to someone who loves to cook.
The class will feature Plin del Cuore, cocoa-infused plin filled with braised beef. The word plin refers to the pinch used to seal each piece of pasta. It’s a small, but meaningful gesture that makes this pasta especially fitting for the occasion.
This class will feature a special welcome drink: Ca’ de’ Medici Lambrusco di Sorbara Rosé. It's a bright pink sparkling wine, perfect for our Valentine's-inspired class.

DISCLAIMER
Each $125 ticket is per person and includes snacks and a welcome drink, a class with our executive chefs, ingredients, the use of any required tools, and the pasta that you made. Any food and/or drinks from the Spaccio restaurant and retail store are an additional cost to the guest. Any equipment used during the class is loaned for the duration of the class and is not included as a take-home in the ticket price. Photos may be taken during the class, which will be used for future marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our photographer know.
