This cool climate Pinot Noir is ruby red in colour, with aromas of rose petals, raspberry, cranberry, and sweet and sour cherry; it closes with whiffs of vanilla, orange peel, and alpine herbs. A medium-bodied red with a marked acidity and minerality, velvety tannins, and a medium length, pairs well with a great variety of meat dishes, especially poultry.
