An intriguing bright copper colour. An orange wine that doesn’t quite have an orange appearance due to the natural greyish tinge of the pinot grigio grape varietal, which is kept on its skin for a prolonged time of one week.
Aromas of violets, fresh and stewed raspberry and plum. In the background, there are scents of orange, overripe honeydew melon, and hints of honey. On the palate, this wine has great intensity, and an impressive length and texture. It is lifted with plenty of minerality and pleasantly dry.
