Elegant and finely structured, with classic Nebbiolo tension. Fresh red cherry, wild strawberry and dried rose lead the nose, followed by subtle hints of spice, herbs and a light earthy note. On the palate it’s medium-bodied, vibrant and precise, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and bright acidity. Mineral and savoury on the finish, with excellent length and finesse.

Vinification/Ageing: Hand-harvested Nebbiolo grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement. Maceration is gentle and carefully managed to extract elegance rather than power. The wine is aged in large neutral oak (botti).
