Deep ruby red, with garnet red reflections. The aromas are intense and elegant, with notes of spices and black fruits. A wine with great structure and balance, spicy, with lingering flavours.

Vinification/Ageing: In oak casks of 30 hl to optimize parcellar selection. Filling of the oak casks entirely by gravity flow. Fermentation at temperatures of 30C to 32°C; several punch-downs; Maceration with submerged cap for 3 weeks. Aged in French oak casks for 30 months, then minimum 12 months in bottle.
