A ripe, racy effort laced with dried fruit, wild rose and spice. A medium to full-bodied Rosso where harmonious flavours and underlying minerality add complexity to the fresh finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with only wild yeasts existing on grapes. 24 months ageing, 12 of which are spent in large oak barrels. 4-6 months in bottle before release.
