Ruby red in colour. Made entirely from the ancient Piedirosso varietal, this wine offers a fruity bouquet of cherry, raspberry and cranberry. There are plenty of other aromas detected as well, including cinnamon, white pepper, red licorice and whiffs of smoke. Light to medium bodied, on the palate you can expect great minerality, marked and pleasant acidity, along with very soft tannins.
