This Bianchello has a brilliant straw yellow colour with green hues. Aromas of hawthorn, white peach, bergamot, grapefruit, sage and basil. On the palate it is fresh, sapid, with iodine minerality, a good persistence and finesse.

Vinification/Ageing: Cryomaceration of the skin for 25-30 days. And then matured in stainless steel over four months.
