- Originally a large pizza, meant for sharing
- Typically sold by the weight
- We bake twice due to level of hydration (70%-85%)
- First bake is longer at lower temperature and second bake is at higher temperature
- Thicker and crispier base due to double baking
- We use Biga as our starter to augment the flavour of our pizza
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425F (216C)
2. Once the oven is preheated, remove all packaging and place the frozen pizza directly on the oven rack
3. Bake for 8-12 minutes, and be sure to check on your pizza, not all ovens are the same!
4. Take pizza out of oven, and if you'd like, drizzle with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil to finish.
