Worth The Wait

Our panettone artigianale is crafted over three days using traditional methods. We use flour from a small mill in Le Marche, fresh butter, and natural mother yeast.

Each one is hand-shaped and left to rise slowly for over 36 hours, creating a rich, aromatic holiday classic. Made in small batches and free of preservatives, it’s our way of sharing the true taste of Italian Christmas.
