Pugliese Loaf: blend of white flour and semolina, water, salt, mother yeast

Lasagna: spinach pasta, Bolognese ragu, béchamel, parmigiano

Amatriciana Sauce: Tomato sauce, Guanciale, Onion

Rigatoni: eggs, semolina, water

Chicken meatballs: chicken, bread crumbs, parmigiano cheese, seasoning, tomato sauce, peppers, olives

Terroni Sausages: pork, chili, paprika, salt, pepper, white wine

Roasted Potatoes: EVOO, potatoes, rosemary, onion, salt, pepper
