Discover the art of handmade pasta with an interactive class led by our Executive Chefs. Designed for pasta lovers of all skill levels, this class will take you through the art of making pasta by hand from kneading the dough to plating a classic Italian dish. In this month’s class, we’ll be making Ravioli di Carnevale - colourful ravioli filled with four cheeses.
You’ll start your evening with some aperitivo snacks and a glass of bubbly before taking your place for the main event. Our Chefs will lead you step-by-step through the process of making pasta by hand. We will then pack up your pasta for you to enjoy at home while our chefs make samples of Ravioli di Carnevale for you to try.
After the class stop at our Spaccio restaurant for a glass of wine or dinner to end the night.
