Our twist on traditional bread from Altamura, Italy, this loaf is made with a blend of flour and semolina. Our Pane alla Olive is crunchy on the outside, soft and moist inside and enhanced with olives and rosemary.

Molino Paolo Mariani Semolina Rimacinata and Manitaly Flour, Malt Flour, Natural yeast, Water, Salt, Dry Oregano and Green Pitted Olives.
