Fresh and expressive, this Nero d’Avola opens with aromas of wild berries, plum, and violets, followed by hints of Mediterranean herbs and spice. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with smooth tannins, bright acidity, and a mineral, savoury finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Hand-harvested grapes ferment in stainless steel with native yeasts. A short maceration preserves freshness, while ageing in steel and large neutral barrels adds texture without overshadowing the fruit.
