A Però Sugo ai Pomodoro e Basilico (350gr): Your next spaghetti night needs a Pero sauce. Crafted in Italy, the Sugo al Pomodoro Basilico melds tomatoes with fresh basil and other Italian herbs. The bright, tangy flavour will go with any number of Italian dishes, from delicious lasagna layers to eggplant parmesan. A Però Passata Rustica (500gr): Once upon a time tomato passata was prepared in beer bottles...this is because the dark glass of the beer bottle helped preserve the product. Back in the day people religiously saved their beer bottles so that in August they would have their container of choice for their passata. This sugo di pomodoro ciliegino prepared in the traditional dark glass bottle follows the conventional recipe and it is a favourite among kids for its sweet flavour.

A Però Paté di Pomodori Secchi (190g): The tomatoes used for this sun dried tomato paste are cut and left to dry in the sun, finely processed for a cream of tomatoes with a unique taste.

A Però Crostino alle Olive Nere (190gr): Cerignola is a town in the region of Apulia, Italy renowned for its cultivation of DOP “Bella della Daunia” Olives. These olives stand out from other varietals as they are characterized by a fleshier texture and distinct flavour.
A Però Sugo Dolce Di Pomodoro Ciliegino (330gr): Puglia is home to some of the best quality tomato passatas. This soft and velvety jarred tomato puree prepared according to the local tradition, is made of only Italian tomatoes and basil.
A Però Ciliegino Semi Dried (190gr): These delicious semi-dried tomatoes in oil are very versatile and can be eaten on their own or integrated in a variety of recipes. Once harvested the pomodori ciliegino spend 6 hours drying in an oven to then be jarred within 48 hours of harvest in order to preserve and maximize flavour. Much like all other Apero' products, the pomodori ciliegino are also free of any preservatives and only seasoned with sunflower seed oil and spices.
A Però Misto Funghi con Porcini (285gr): Six varieties of mushrooms in the rich mix with musk mushrooms, chiodini, shiitake, preurotus, and stropharia embellished with fragrant porcini mushrooms.
