Medium-to-full-bodied, dry white with ripe orchard fruit, subtle oak spice, vibrant acidity, and a savoury mineral finish.

Varietals: 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Vinification/Ageing: Farmed organically and hand-harvested with strict bunch selection, the grapes are softly pressed before controlled fermentation, followed by around 12 months of ageing split between large oak barrels and cement, then further time in cement and bottle, resulting in a structured, complex Riserva that expresses both fruit and terroir.

Alcohol: 13.5%
