Old gold colour with aromas of apricot, spicy sweet fruits, honey and caramelized figs. Pleasant freshness associated with consistent structure, hints of honey and persistent finish.

Vinification/Ageing: Late harvested Albana, selected in multiple passages only parts of the bunch and single berries attacked by noble rot with the addition of a small percentage of grapes dried in small baskets. Small steel tanks and in some years in used French oak barriques. Aged in cement and steel tanks of small capacity.
