Straw-yellow, with aromas of white flowers, stone fruit, and orchard fruits such as hawthorn, yellow apple, pear, and quince. Notes of marjoram, lemon zest, and wet stone also emerge. Medium-bodied, it has a lingering finish with hints of bitter almond, balanced acidity, and notable minerality.

Vinification/Ageing: The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes. Gentle pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks

Alcohol: 13%
