Bright ruby red with a purple hue. Fragrant aromas of sour cherry, rose petals, rhubarb, cranberries and, in the background, whiffs of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a fresh mouthfeel, great acidity, minerality, and present but soft tannins.

Vinification/Ageing: Maceration on the lees with intense pumping over in the first stage, followed by a short static quiescent stage. Temperature is controlled up to a maximum of 28° C.
