Discover the art of handmade pasta with an interactive class led by our Executive Chef, Giovanna Alonzi. Designed for pasta lovers of all skill levels, this class will take you through the art of making pasta by hand from kneading the dough and piping the filling to folding each piece.
In this month’s class, we’ll be making Cappelletti di Ragusano al Pistacchio: A hand-folded pasta named for its little hat-like shape (cappello means hat in Italian), filled with sheep’s milk ricotta and Ragusano cheese, finished with a bright pistachio sauce.
You'll begin the evening with aperitivo snacks and a glass of bubbly before settling in for the main event. Our chefs will guide you step-by-step through the art of handmade pasta, sharing techniques and tips along the way. After the class, your freshly made pasta will be packed up for you to enjoy at home, while our chefs prepare samples of the dish for you to taste.
After class, feel free to stop by our Spaccio restaurant for a glass of wine or dinner.
