Our Fatto a Mano handmade pasta classes are back!
We’re kicking off with a special Mother’s Day edition of Fatto a Mano. Discover the art of handmade pasta with an interactive class led by our Executive Chefs. Designed for pasta lovers of all skill levels, this class will take you and Mom through the art of making pasta by hand from kneading the dough to plating a classic Italian dish. In this month’s class, we’ll be making orecchiette!
You’ll start your evening with some aperitivo snacks and a glass of bubbly before taking your places for the main event. Our Executive Chefs will lead you step-by-step through the process of making pasta by hand. We will then pack up your pasta for you to enjoy at home while our chefs make samples of a typical dish using orecchiette for you to try.
After the class, shop our La Bottega di Terroni pop-up for ingredients, tools and special Fatto a Mano promotional bundles and stop at our Spaccio restaurant for a glass of wine or dinner to end the night.

DISCLAIMER
Each $80 ticket includes snacks and a welcome drink, a class with our executive chefs, ingredients, the use of any required tools, and the pasta that you made. Any food and/or drinks from the Spaccio restaurant and retail store and any additional purchases from the La Bottega di Terroni pop-up are an additional cost to the guest. Any equipment used during the class is loaned for the duration of the class and is not included as a take-home in the ticket price.
