For the first time ever we will be hosting a masterclass on all things bread led by our Master Baker Giuliano Pediconi, who is visiting from Italy. Join us to learn the secret of our Pane Pugliese, served in all our Terroni locations, and for a panettone tasting with our Head Baker, Luca Rotatori.
You’ll start your evening with some aperitivo snacks and a glass of bubbly before taking your place for the main event. Giuliano, with Sud Forno's Executive Chef Giovanna Alonzi to help translate, will lead you step-by-step through the process of making Italian bread by hand. We will then pack up your dough for you to finish at home along with your freshly baked loaf of Pane Pugliese.
After the class stop at our Spaccio restaurant for a glass of wine or dinner to end the night.
