- Takes 30 hours to make
- Originally a large pizza, meant for sharing
- Typically sold by the weight
- We bake twice due to level of hydration (70%-85%)
- First bake is longer at lower temperature and second bake is at higher temperature
- Thicker and crispier base due to double baking
- We use Biga as our starter to augment the flavour of our pizza
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (216°C) and remove all packaging
2. Place pizza on a baking tray
3. Once oven temperature is reached, place tray with pizza in the oven
4. Bake for 7- 9 minutes
If you’d like, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to finish.
