'Occitan', Bordiga London Dry Gin
“Occitan” is the simplest expression of Bordiga’s classic spirits. 100% natural Gin, it is produced with juniper berries, handpicked in the Alps of the Alpine Valley, where people still talk the Occitan dialect. It was born from the historic recipe “Dry juniper liquor”.

Vinification/Ageing: This gin is still made using the original recipe which includes orange, lemon peel and four botanicals that are handpicked by regional licensed gatherers: juniper that grows wild in the Martime alps, angelica, cardamom and a secret one they will not share. The spirits are distilled in antique wood-fired copper still.
