Our Panettone Artigianale is crafted using artisanal methods over a 3 day period. We make each one with flour from a small mill in the Marche region of Italy, fresh butter and mother yeast. Each is hand-shaped and leavens for over 36 hours so that all of its flavours can mature and bind slowly to make the perfect, Italian holiday tradition worth waiting for!
