The Spaghetti Chitarra accessory is a home-made pasta accessory that is compatible with the Atlas 150 pasta machine. You can use it by hand with the specific crank.

The accessory is used to prepare the best known type of pasta from Abruzzo, similar to tagliolini but thicker and square. Great with meat sauce or other thick sauces. It's made for those who love creating new combinations of ingredients and impressing with tasty and incredibly good first course dishes.

Spaghetti Chitarra have a square cross-section and are 2 mm wide. The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is at position 3 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
