Each is hand-shaped and leavens for over 36 hours so that all of its flavours can mature and bind slowly to make the perfect, Italian holiday tradition worth waiting for. Our team arrives at Spaccio before the sun rises and works late into the night to ensure each panettone is perfect. Our commitment to quality is why we start making our panettone as close to the holiday season as possible. We make an exceptional panettone that is completely natural and free of preservatives.
